Agent training 16 september 2011

On September 16th a technical-sales training course for Esa agents was held on our premises in Curno (Bergamo). The convention saw the participation of 32 agents from Belgium, Korea, Germany, Greece, England, Iran, Israel, Mexico, Holland, Poland, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Turkey and Hungary.

The meeting was divided into two sessions. The first and more general part involved the entire morning in which the agents attended a presentation of new products and of the potential Esa has developed over the past months. The second half of the day was dedicated to group work in technical workshops accompanied by practical demonstrations.

Our agents were therefore able to strengthen their own knowledge and skills as well as thoroughly get to know our company and thus build a synergy that will carry out into the rest of the world, that professionalism by which ESA distinguishes itself.

ESA PYRONICS introduces the new range of ULTRA LOW NOx burners

For ESA-PYRONICS, the NxT symbol has two meanings which are linked to each other:

NEXT GENERATION: or rather new generation burners, that maintain the same functionality, reliability and performance as the previous series.

NOx TECHNOLOGY: a number of technological elements that guarantee low pollution emission energy saving, without altering the productive parameters of the industrial plants.

Continuing on the path towards renewal and research, the NxT family of burners has been enriched by two new series:

ENM-NxT and ENM-NxT-DF, lateral long flame burners, in mono or dual fuel versions, that can be used with preheated air of up to 500°C. RAD-NxT, radial flame burners for roof and wall mounting. Both series guarantee very low polluting emissions, with CO values below 30mg/Nm3 and NOx below 200mg/Nm3.Furthermore, both series implement “flameless” combustion for ULTRA LOW NOx (NOx<100mg/Nm3 - Tair=500°C @1200°C) performances.

ESA PYRONICS lances AGO! A new family of eco-friendly burners with high performance!

With the intent of promoting a more rational use of energy, as well as in accordance with the Directives of the Kyoto Protocol, and in view of the constantly urging initiatives to optimize operational costs, ESA PYRONICS and SIAD analyzed the possibility of improving the ladle preheating systems. A preliminary assessment of different types of “heating stations” was carried out, to allow the identification of the salient parameters that are subject to a possible implementation, having each their own type of process.

The experience matured in designing Air-fuel and Oxygen-fuel burners consented the development of a new generation of ESA PYRONICS burners: the AGO series.

The AGO series burners offer considerable advantages regarding the heating process flexibility and, consequently, the control of the EAF (Electric Arc Furnace) casting cycle, as demonstrated by the results coming from a number of Oxygen-fuel installations.
